Stephen has roots in the Midwest, Texas, and the Pacific Northwest. He began investing in real estate in 2005 in Portland, OR and Omaha, NE in 2015. In his role as Principal Broker at Cascade Commercial, Stephen seeks to leverage his experience in real estate investing and development for the benefit of clients and partners. Designed for passive investors, real estate entrepreneurs, and top producing agents, we structure real estate projects for long term wealth generation. 

Stephen has acquired positions in multiple projects across the Midwest and holds real estate Broker’s licenses in Nebraska, South Dakota, and Iowa.


Jim holds a Bachelor Degree in Real Estate and Land Use Economics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. His primary focus has been in the sale and acquisition of multi-family apartment buildings. In 2020, Jim completed the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. The designation curriculum provides a deep dive into investment real estate from every perspective – developer, investor and tenant.

Breanna is a dedicated professional with six years of hands-on experience in property management. Bree has a comprehensive understanding of various types of properties, maintenance issues, tenant relations, and market trends. This knowledge gives her an edge in recognizing the value and potential of commercial multi-family properties when assisting clients in sales transactions. Her passion for real estate led her to make a strategic career transition into commercial multi-family real estate sales. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of property operations, Bree is committed to providing exceptional service to her clients in the commercial real estate market.
